After you connect Omnisend, StoreClaw can analyze campaigns, contacts, customer segments, and automation workflows within the permissions you grant. It can also create campaigns, create and manage automation workflows, and create or update customer profiles.
This guide explains how to connect StoreClaw to Omnisend through the OAuth authorization page.
The Omnisend connector is managed through its corresponding Plugin. Install the Omnisend Plugin first, then open the Plugin detail page and connect your account from the Connector section.

Before You Start
Before you begin, make sure:
- You are signed in to StoreClaw.
- You can sign in to Omnisend and have permission to authorize StoreClaw to access the target store.
- If you manage multiple Omnisend stores, you have decided which store to connect.
Connect Omnisend in StoreClaw
You can start in either of the following ways:

Help me connect Omnisendin the StoreClaw chat box. - Go to Plugins, install the Omnisend Plugin, and start connecting.
Then follow the on-screen instructions to complete authorization:
- In StoreClaw's Connect Omnisend dialog, click Continue with Omnisend.
- You will be redirected to Omnisend. If you are not already signed in, sign in to your Omnisend account.
- Confirm the store shown on the Omnisend authorization page. To change stores, click Switch store and select the correct store.
- Review the access permissions listed on the page. To proceed, click Authorize access. If you do not want to continue, click Cancel.
- After authorization, you will be redirected to StoreClaw. When the Omnisend account shows Connected, the connection is successful.

Permissions: The Omnisend authorization page lists the permissions StoreClaw requests, including permissions to read analytics data and to create and modify content. Refer to the permissions actually shown on that page. You can manage authorized apps on Omnisend's Connected apps page.
Verify the Connection Status
- Open the Omnisend Plugin detail page and confirm that the account shows Connected.
- Enter a prompt such as
Show my Omnisend email campaignsin the StoreClaw chat box. - If StoreClaw returns data successfully, the connection is active.
If the connection fails, confirm that you selected the correct store on the Omnisend authorization page and completed authorization, then check your network connection and try again.
Disconnect or Revoke Access
To disconnect Omnisend in StoreClaw:
- Go to Settings -> My connectors in StoreClaw.
- Find the connected Omnisend account, click Disconnect, and confirm.
To revoke StoreClaw's access from Omnisend, go to Omnisend's Connected apps page, find StoreClaw, and revoke access. To use the connector again after revoking access, complete authorization again.
Disconnecting or revoking access does not delete data from Omnisend or affect historical analysis results already generated in StoreClaw.

After connecting successfully, StoreClaw can use the following features within the authorized scope:
